This quilt is created using the traditional hand block printing technique of Jaipur, India.
Carved wooden blocks are carefully applied to the cotton fabric by hand to create the floral, botanical and decorative patterns.
Because the printing is done by hand, slight variations in color, print placement and pattern may occur from one quilt to another.
These variations are a natural part of handmade Indian textile production and make each piece unique.
NATURAL COTTON FILLING
A layer of natural cotton filling is placed between the cotton fabric layers.
